As a business owner, I am frequently asked why I do what I do. The answer is simple. "To bring more joy and happiness into the world."
It is always an honor to be selected as the wedding cake or dessert maker for someone's special event. It is so satisfying to take random ingredients and combine them to create something that is delicious AND beautiful. BUT, the ultimate reward is the smiles on clients' faces when they see and taste dessert made just for them. If only I could bottle that emotion and sell it. Priceless.
